Stuffed with the crispiest shallots, golden crunchy garlic, roasted sesame, we layer in earthy shiitake mushrooms, slow fermented miso, spiced fortified soy sauce to create a deep savoury umami explosion.

With a rich Chinese flavour profile, this versatile jar is at home with Asian cuisines, but also sits pretty on Western food.
