Medium spiced, meaty curry. The lamb has been marinated in yoghurt for 12 hours and it is TENDER AS. The kids will eat it but maybe add some extra yoghurt. 1 kg Serves 4 people or 2kg serves 8. Thaw, reheat until hot and add rice.
