A classic white-mould camembert, hand-crafted in the Barossa. As it ripens, earthy mushroom notes build beneath a soft, bloomy rind, developing into a luscious, oozing centre at peak maturity. Best enjoyed at room temperature with crusty bread and a chilled Chardonnay.
