Born from a passion sparked in the vineyards of Bordeaux and brought to life in South Australia's iconic Barossa Valley, Barossa Valley Cheese Company has been crafting extraordinary artisan cheese since 2003. Founded by qualified winemaker and Baron of Barossa, Victoria McClurg, the company is rooted in the belief that great cheese is made with time, care, and feeling.

Every wheel and wedge begins with fresh milk sourced from trusted local farming families, including fifth-generation Barossan dairy farmers the Nietschkes, and the Oksbjerg family whose free-range goats inspire the company's award-winning seasonal specialties. From hand-ladled curds to cellar-aged rounds, each cheese is a celebration of slow food and South Australian provenance.
