Pure cream folded through the curd for an extra-luxurious, soft white-mould cheese with a smooth, sweet palate. As it ripens, the rind takes on a truffle-like edge that plays beautifully against the creamy pâte. Spread thick on warm sourdough with a glass of Riesling.
