Our story

For over 50 years Continental Bakery has been serving South Australians, and more recently pursuing a passion and specialty in plant-based pies, pasties, veggie and spinach rolls.

Andrew and Amanda took over the bakery in 2024, setting out with a shared vision: to redefine convenience food by making high-quality, sustainable, plant-based pies a staple in homes everywhere.

Whether you are living a completely vegan lifestyle or simply veggie-curious, there’s something in our range for everyone, from 100% plant-based to hearty vegetarian favourites.

Every item we bake is designed to make plant-based eating feel accessible and satisfying — no special occasion required.

We're proud South Australian producers, using local ingredients to create our pastries and specialty breads that don't compromise on flavour or quality.
