Our story

Enzo Fazzari was born in the picturesque town of Roccella Ionica, Calabria, where his love for fresh produce and traditional Italian cooking began at local markets and in the family kitchen with his mother, Elvira.

After moving to Adelaide, Enzo refined his craft alongside Chef Clemente at Da Clemente, before opening several acclaimed ventures including La Banca and Tutto Pasta, where he passed his handmade pasta skills on to his sons, Matteo and Alessandro.

This journey led to Enzo’s Restaurant, a Port Road institution celebrated for authentic flavours and warm hospitality for over 25 years. The brand later evolved into Enzo’s at Home, bringing ready-made fresh pasta meals to homes across Australia.

Now led by Matteo and Alessandro, Enzo’s has earned national recognition, including the Food SA Consumer Award and the 2023 SA Food & Beverage Industry Award for Environmental Sustainability, and continues its legacy from its headquarters in Newton, South Australia.
