Our story

We have been doing this since 1957, and honestly, not much has changed. Our family started with a simple love for people and food, and that is still what drives everything we do at Lucia's. From our home at the Adelaide Central Market, we have spent decades welcoming locals to sit down, slow down, and enjoy real Italian cooking made the Australian way.

Everything you find from us on Cart 8 has been made with the same care we put into our restaurant kitchen. Our pasta sauces, pestos, oils, salsas, and hampers are not shortcuts. They are the same traditional recipes our customers have been coming back for across generations, now packaged so you can bring that experience straight to your own table.
