Our Spelt Egg Noodles are the newest addition to our noodle range....although have been made here since the 2010s. Val (representing our fourth generation of ownership), developed these noodles as a wholesome alternative to traditional white wheat. Made with spelt flour, known for its gentle digestion, they’re a delicious option for those who may find white wheat harder to tolerate.

Spelt is considered as a low yielding, ancient grain that hasn’t been modified over the years of commercial farming. Due to its different structure, spelt flour can be enjoyed by some gluten-intolerant individuals (note: spelt is NOT coeliac friendly). We love our spelt ribbon noodles for their nutty and wholesome flavour!
