With 17,000 olive trees spread across two groves, we craft our extra virgin olive oil with care, dedication, and a focus on quality.

Our olives are mechanically harvested at the perfect moment, ensuring efficiency without compromising on freshness. Milled on-site within 24 hours, and ensuring they are cold pressed, every drop of our extra virgin olive oil reflects the unique terroir of this region, resulting in delicious, aromatic, and highly awarded oils that showcase the essence of South Australia.
