Our story

Fresh, crisp, and grown with love! That's the Rainbow Fresh story. It began over 50 years ago when Joe and Antonietta Giangregorio started farming on the Adelaide Plains in Lewiston, drawn by the region's rich, fertile soils and warm Mediterranean climate. What started as a small family farm has blossomed into a beloved South Australian brand, with daughters Maria and Juliet now carrying their parents' passion into a new generation. 

For the past three decades, the family has focused on one thing: growing the best leafy salad greens around. From peppery wild rocket and tender baby spinach to hearty kale and vibrant salad mixes, every leaf reflects the care of a family that's spent a lifetime in the paddocks. Thanks to a modern packing facility, your greens travel from paddock to plate in under 48 hours, staying fresher for longer.
