Our story
Hi, I'm Jac, and I moved here from Scotland back in 1998, fell head over heels for South Australia and never left. I started this little food business in 2002 in McLaren Vale, all because of my love for cooking, sharing meals with friends and, honestly, my obsession with really good dukkah. A few years later we moved to Willunga, where we've stayed ever since, growing from a kitchen making just a dozen tubs a week into one of the most loved dukkah makers in the country.
Everything I make comes from a genuine love of healthy, tasty food, much of it gluten free. Alongside our Egyptian, Bush Tucker and Warm Spiced dukkah, we now make ready to cook grains like freekeh, quinoa, risotto and couscous, all natural, no nasties, just add water and heat. I still get a kick out of knowing our food ends up on your table. Thanks for supporting a local maker like me.
