Traditional Beef Stroganoff. Classic comfort food! Recipe from Alek's apprenticeship days in Europe using lean beef strips. Serves 4 people easily. Thaw, reheat until hot and serve with your preferred side - mashed potato, pasta or go Russian and make up some dumplings!
