This is hot honey, but not as you know it. The best hot honey is fermented.

Salt Gang hot honey is raw, alive, and perfectly balanced from a full month of wild lacto fermentation.

We take raw local Australian honey, hot chillies, and garlic, and let time and fermentation do the hard work. Stirred regularly for a month, it develops a medium-hot tangy heat and a bright zing that feels alive on your palate.

Perfect for drizzling on pizza, fried chicken, eggs, roast veg, cheese, and anything that needs a lift. Use it like sweet chilli with spring rolls or cream cheese, or drizzle into dressings and marinades.
