A properly balanced sweet heat condiment—not just hot honey dumped into crispy chilli oil. Small-batch and Australian made, this is a personal fave of ours.

We start with aromatic spiced oil sizzled over medium hot chillies, then pack it with crispy shallots, chewy garlic and nutty roasted sesame. Fortified soy brings savoury umami depth, Australian Bluegum honey brings golden sweetness, and a bright kick of Chinese black vinegar keeps everything balanced.

The result is addictively rich sweet heat that goes on anything and makes it better.

For instant umami and deep flavour, spoon over pizza, dumplings, noodles, fried chicken, rice, sandwiches, cheese boards, and roast veg— anything that needs some oomph.
