Our Strings noodles are the perfect balance between our Fine and Ribbon noodles, offering a medium thickness that’s just right for a variety of dishes. They are perfect for soups, broths, stir-fries, or ramen.

Originally called "spaghetti," we embraced their heritage as a traditional German noodle and gave them a name that reflects their roots.

These noodles have been made since the 1970s and continue to be crafted using the same German noodle cutter Margarete Wiech imported in that decade. They carry decades of tradition in every strand.
